Bubble & Fold is the official bed linen service partner of Beter Beheer B.V., responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of beddings, linens, and towels of the properties.


What do they do?

They collect used beddings, towels, and linens then replace them on the same day. They will then be professionally cleaned and return to circulation the following week.

I have a concern, who should I contact?

  • For administrative matters such as:

    • Requesting additional services

    • Invoices

    • Comments, complaints, concerns, or issues regarding the actual service.

  • For service-related questions, inquiries or feedback such as:

    • Inquiring about the service schedule

    • Inquiries about products used

    • Missing personal items after service was carried out.

    • Damaged or missing beddings, linens, or towels.

Do I need to be present during service?

No, you don’t have to be present. Bubble & Fold staff have authorized access to common areas and follow strict privacy and security procedures. Please follow the procedure below based on the type of service you acquired:

For Waszakservice - We kindly request you to put the laundry bag outside your door. If you are on studio type accommodation, kindly place the bag near the door inside the accommodation.

For bedservice - We kindly request you to remove any and all personal items from the bed in order for our service provider to carry out their task. Please be informed that failure to do so, will result to the service provider being unable to carry out the task and you will still be invoiced for their services.

Important Notice

  • The cleaning and linen services provided by Bubble & Fold are mandatory and included in your tenancy agreement.

  • Bubble & Fold are not responsible for the cleaning of the common areas.

  • Tenants cannot refuse or opt out of these services.
