Question: How should we pay our rent if we are renting as a group?
Answer: When renting as a group, it's important that you make the total rent payment in one single transfer. To avoid any complications and additional fees, please coordinate among yourselves to collect the entire amount and make one consolidated transfer each month.
Important Note: If partial payments are received, a penalty fee of maximum €121, including VAT, will be charged for each additional payment on behalf of the landlord. This fee covers the extra administrative efforts required to handle multiple transactions.
