What is considered an emergency?
An emergency is a situation that poses immediate danger to you, the surroundings, or the building, such as:
Severe leaks
Being locked in (e.g., in a lift or a property)
Inaccessible or non-secure entry doors
Please note:
Issues with climate control (heating/air conditioning) or lighting are certainly inconvenient and will be treated as urgent during office hours. We kindly ask you to report such issues only during office hours whenever possible.
Misuse of the emergency number for non-urgent matters may result in additional charges to cover unnecessary call-out costs.
How we respond to emergencies
Outside office hours, we will ensure that any immediate danger is resolved. Follow-up repairs or actions will be scheduled during the next business day within office hours.
