If you are renting a property which is managed by us, you’ll have several options for paying your rent, and additional services throughout your stay. Here’s a summary of the payment methods we accept:
SEPA Bank transfer
iDeal
SEPA Bank Transfer: This is a straightforward option for payments. Please ensure you use the correct bank account details and include the transaction reference provided in your contract and invoice.
If you’re transferring funds from a non-European bank account, be aware that intermediary banks might deduct fees from the amount sent, resulting in us receiving a lesser amount. To avoid this issue, we recommend not using non-European bank accounts for direct transfers.
iDeal: This is a widely used payment method in the Netherlands, connected with all Dutch banks. Our invoices include an automatic payment link via iDeal for a smooth transaction process.
Transaction Fees: All transaction fees are the responsibility of the tenant.
Cash Payments: Please note that we do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Credit Cards
In some cases we allow credit card payments. When this is possible, this will be mentioned explicitly. We do not accept credit card payments for monthly payments like rent payments. In case we accept creditcards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, and American Express. Please note that a non-refundable processing fee of 4.2% of the total amount will be added to credit card transactions.
