The Beter Beheer portal is designed for reporting technical or facility-related issues, such as repair requests or maintenance matters.
Administrative, financial or other matters should be directed to contact@beterbeheer.com.
Contact facility related matters
Your lease agreement specifies who is responsible for facility management; usually that is your landlord. If Beter Beheer has taken on this role, the portal will be available to you. Include in your request why you think you are entitled to a portal account.
The portal is only accessible if Beter Beheer is responsible for the facility management of your property. If the portal is not available and Beter Beheer is not responsible for facility management, all relevant matters should be discussed directly with the landlord.
