Some accommodations we manage, like full-serviced accommodations, contain furniture and are thus furnished accommodations.
Please note the following rules regarding furnished accommodations:
Alterations: Alterations to the property, such as drilling holes in the walls, are strictly not allowed.
Appliances: You can request to bring personal appliances like washing machines, dryers, heaters, or fridges by submitting a ticket in the portal. Prior consent is required. If approved, you will need to inform us of the appliance's location and provide a photo of the item.
Furniture: Bringing your own furniture is negotiable. You must submit a ticket to request permission. If approved, you need to inform us of the furniture's location and provide a photo of the item.
Penalty: Failure to comply can result in a fine. Additionally, any costs for removal, storage, or reinstallation will be charged to the tenant on behalf of the landlord.
