As a tenant, you receive all essential documents at the start of your tenancy or as they become available. However, we understand that you may sometimes require an extra copy or specific assistance.
Requesting Documents
If you require additional documents (such as a duplicate of your rental agreement or utility contract), you may request them by following this policy.
Please note:
These requests are outside the scope of services provided to landlords.
A one-time handling fee of €50.00 (excl. 21% VAT) applies per document or service.
After payment, kindly send a confirmation email to contact@beterbeheer.com along with the list of requested items.
Expected delivery time: it may take up to 5 working days to receive your documents. If your request is urgent, please contact us separately by email.

If you require a document or service that is not listed above, please note that additional costs may apply. These requests fall outside the standard services offered.

Insurance Requests
We can help arrange home contents and liability insurance if you have already paid the applicable service fee. However, please note:
We cannot make a choice on your behalf or provide financial advice.
You remain responsible for the validity and coverage of your insurance.

Non-Refundable Policy
All service requests are non-refundable.
This is due to the administrative efforts, processing time, and transaction fees involved. Once a request is submitted and payment is received, we begin processing it — making reversal impractical. We therefore strongly encourage tenants to carefully review their needs before making a payment.
